Clean was excellent, 2 bed apartment took 4 hours to clean.
I called 3 days before my clean as I had completely forgotten to book - and BCIC were extremely accommodating. They handled all of my questions immediately on the phone, and emailed through a quote within minutes. I had a one bedroom, one bathroom unit that needed a bit of TLC, with very old carpets that needed a decent steam clean too. The clean was booked for early Monday morning, and was finished by midday! The cleaners were in contact with me via phone and email throughout the day to update me on the clean status. They also found a mark on a window that was unable to be removed, so they sent a photo to me and called me as soon as they realised it couldn\'t be removed and I was able to call my estate agent who was already aware of the mark.
